Fleming Creek Capital is a family-funded investment firm focused on the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. We partner with owners and management teams to build enduring businesses.
Our Approach
We acquire businesses not to extract value but to invest in their next chapter of growth. Our objective is to enhance the financial sophistication of established companies — optimizing pricing strategy, structuring growth capital, and executing the geographic expansion that drives long-term value creation.
We are hands-on operators, not passive financial sponsors. Our principal serves as CEO of portfolio companies, bringing institutional financial discipline to owner-operated businesses while preserving the culture and relationships that made them successful.
Every acquisition comes with committed capital for growth — new equipment, geographic expansion, additional service lines, and the operational infrastructure to scale. We invest meaningfully in the businesses we acquire.
Great businesses are built by great teams. We retain and invest in existing employees, offer equity participation to key operators, and create real professional development opportunities. Our success depends on theirs.
